The Financial Aid Office is committed to assisting students and families navigate the financial aid process. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us so we may assist you over the telephone, email, in-person at the front service window (walk-up basis), or by meeting with an adviser one-on-one. When calling: Be prepared to provide the student Banner ID or Social Security Number.
When submitting documents: Must include the student's Banner ID on all documents sent to our office to ensure timely processing.
The front service window is open during normal office hours for brief questions and to turn in documents. If you would like to make an appointment to sit down with an advisor, please call the office at 716-878-4902.

To invite one of our financial aid counselors to speak at your high school or address your group or organization, please complete the Speaker Request Form and return it to our office as soon as possible.
Students and families may provide feedback to state and federal officials. To identify your local officials, enter your address into the Board of Elections website. You may then continue to the representative's website to provide feedback.
